Swimming Pools will be available to residents only. Surrounded by stone paving and landscaping, there are 2 pools for adults and 2 for children. The main swimming pool is of varying depths and will have ornamental features.

There will be a bar for residents near the pool (a non-profit organisation) and an administration office, plus a storage room for the pool equipment.

There will be an extensive complex of changing rooms, showers and WCs serving the main pool area.

The swimming pool and surrounding areas will be maintained by a local company. Residents will be asked to pay an annual maintenance fee to cover this.

Each apartment will have designated under-cover parking and a designated, lockable storage cupboard in the car park area of the apartment block.
