Payment structures are as follows:
METHOD 1: MONTHLY INSTALMENTS & "MONEY BACK" BONUS SCHEME
v 10 % initial payment
v 10 % in equal interest-free monthly instalments
v 20 % on completion
v 60 % bank loan in instalments during construction period
Notes:
1) Provided that all the payments are duly paid on time, customers will be eligible for a bonus "money back" scheme of up to 10% of the selling price
2) Bank Loan payments:
o Nothing to pay during construction period until delivery (not even the interest)
o Next 5 years - interest only
o The remainder of the loan period will be the normal repayment structure
