Short Subsidised Inspection Trip

We can arrange a short 4 Day/Night visit, which is Subsidised by certain developers at a cost of £120.00 per person (max2). This includes: return flights, accommodation on a B/B basis and airport transfers. You will have the services of a local investment representative who will make all the arrangement for your visit and help you with all aspects of the process. There is no pressure put on you to buy. Flights normally take place from Gatwick, Heathrow and Manchester on either a Wednesday or Sunday. If you make a purchase your initial cost will be refunded.

Make your own arrangements

This would consist of choosing your appropriate travel dates, flights and accommodation. In addition the relevant builders/property developers will be diarized to escort you to view your selected properties. You will not be pressured or hassled by these companies. You will be free to make an informed decision, without the feeling of being rushed.

On payment of the deposit for your property purchased through Cyprus Ideal , there will be up to £500 towards your flight costs.
