5. Recommend a quality, highly regarded and reasonably priced Solicitor ( who speaks good English).
6. Recommend a good friendly Bank, because you will need to open a Cypriot Bank account.
7. If required introduce you to UK based Independant Financial Adviser.
8. Advice on utilities, local services and title deeds after purchase.
9. Ensure that you get the best possible rate for transferring funds, free of charge.
